Biggest Redskins Offseason Addition?

Posted by Brian Tinsman on September 11, 2011 – 2:00 pm

Perhaps the best news for Redskins fans is that the book has been written on 2010.

With a 0-0 record, tied atop the NFC East, the Redskins have a chance to make a statement this afternoon, but they’ll need the help of the new guys to do it. ¬†It’s possible that the Redskins trot out 10 new starters from last year’s 22–which one turns heads today?

    Danny you are right on, skins have needed the dirt eaters, the earth movers. We have needed the offense and defense linemen. They were the keys to our success back in the 80 and 90’s and they are to our future. Don’t need any superstars any more!!

    I need to put my comments in question form ?
    Did the ‘Skins make a good 1st round pick in Kerrigan ?
    Hope so !
    Is Grossman capable of playing a full year of solid football ?

    Do we have an offensive line that will show improvement over the year ?

    Is our defense as solid as it looked today ?

    We have never won big without a good offensive line and a SOLID defense.
    Is it possible Shanahan has us moving in the right direction and can we have as many wins as losses this year.

    @ricky warner-

    maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, and the last one wasn’t a question.

    As with any young team in development, there are going to be some big exciting plays this season. But there are also going to be some disappointing plays that make you shake your head. It was a great start to the season though
