A Much-Deserved Day Of Rest: A Twitter Recap

The day after a win (albeit preseason) can be one of the most relaxing days of the week, and gives players a chance to reflect and bask in their own glory.  Yesterday’s day off was just that sort of day, and Redskins took to Twitter to chronicle their relaxation.

Ryan Kerrigan and Terrence Austin spent some time reflecting on the team’s performance the night before:

Kareem Moore was a birthday boy on Saturday, turning 27 years old:

Because of the Friday game and the Saturday off day, there was mass confusion as to what day it was.  DeJon Gomes was retweeted by several other rookies:

All of this while Chris Horton celebrated his green thumb:

During training camp, players spend six days out of the week working and studying hard.  On their off-day, they do a lot of the same things that you and I do.
