Redskins Offer Father's Day Reflections

Posted by Matt Terl on June 18, 2010 – 4:13 pm

Daniel Snyder On Alumni Day

Posted by Matt Terl on June 18, 2010 – 8:20 am

One of the recurring themes yesterday, as we milled around with the 70 Redskins greats who attended the Alumni Day at practice, was how thrilling it was for lifelong Redskins fans. Those reporters and photographers who had grown up rooting for the burgundy and gold were in awe of the assemblage, and as positive as the experience was for the active players and alumni, it was arguably even more amazing for the people there who had been fans for their whole lives.

And one of those fans was Redskins owner Daniel M. Snyder. He talked to Larry Michael on last night’s Redskins Nation on Comcast SportsNet, and explained just what this meant for the team — and to him personally. Read more »
