Here, in case you haven't heard, are your Redskins inactives:
  • 25 Kevin Barnes
  • 26 Clinton Portis
  • 36 Eddie Williams
  • 47 Chris Cooley
  • 51 Robert Henson
  • 71 Mike Williams
  • 92 Albert Haynesworth
  • 97 Renaldo Wynn
Haynesworth is obviously the big scratch there; that's a bad loss. Kedric Golston starts in his place, and Fred Smoot will be starting in place of Carlos Rogers.

The team is rocking the burgundy-on-burgundy uniforms for the first time since the Pittsburgh game last year. Not sure that I like that decision.

The stadium reminds me a lot of Ford Field on steroids, everything even bigger and newer than there. And the stupid oversized jumbotron is just as impressive as the breathless reports would have you believe. I don't see any chance of Hunter Smith hitting the thing, though.

Meanwhile, as always, follow on Twitter -- or on the Twackle module after the jump -- for updates from me (@redskinsblog), Gary Fitzgerald (@redskinsdotcom), and Larry Weisman (@LarryWeisman).

Offer your thoughts either with the gold colored respond button on the module, or in the comments section right here.

Also, returning for another outing is Redskins Gametime -- virtually ALL the Redskins-related gameday content (including my stuff) in one handy interface -- newly updated and debugged to run even smoother, starting this week. AND, if you're into complete and utter sensory overload, the Redskins Powerboard is still going strong.
