I call bs on this interview. Having these planned questions doesn't mean jack. The whole thing seems way too fake, why can't he do a real interview with real non-redskin payroll reporters?

Dan's just trying to play the media and the fans so people wont hate him and will come to the games again.

I think that Snyder does feel bad. He has been a Redskins fan his whole life and wants to win more than anything. You can see that by how much money he is willing to spend.

That being said, the only way he can make this right is to fire Cerrato and then hire a strong GM and a strong head coach that are football smart people and let them run the team. Hopefully Snyder doesn't try to be as involved in personel decisions as people think he is so that if he hires the right people and empowers them he can just sit back and watch his team win games.

Dan is simply a disgrace. A disgrace as an owner (78-88 during his regime and falling), a disgrace as a human being (suing unemployed folks and old ladies), a public relations disgrace (banning signs from FedEx hahahahahahaha), a disgrace as a leader (no interviews during the season...especially now when his leadership is needed most). Wait! It seems that Dan has finally taken some sound advice and actually made a positive move on the last item. While I agree that he still has a very long way to go, this is a start and he should be commended. Now let's see if he can continue to lead and fulfill his role as the leader of this organization. I, for one, think he can't but I hope he proves me wrong.

I got an email from the NFL/Redskins giving me a link to take a survey. Can you have that reforwarded, and make sure that the link works? I would hate for Mr. Goodell to miss any of my good ideas about how Mr. Snyder should be running this team and his treatment for the fans.

Oh by the way, how is it a press confrence if Jason Reid isn't there? No taxation without representation?

If Mr. Snyder were sincere in his apology to the Redskins' fan base, then he should immediately announce an across-the-board decrease in ticket prices for next year, a true admission of his failure to produce a winning product on the field and a signal to the fans that he wants "to make it right by them".

Any words can be said but do you really believe those words until some substantial action takes place. In addition to the reduction in prices, an admission that his dependance on Vinnie Cerrato has failed over the past 10 years would go a long way in restoring the faith and loyalty of the Redskin fan.

Mr. Snyder, do what is right with actions, not just words.

The Skins under Snyder will never win until he realizes he is not a football genius and hires someone that knows football and lets them hire coaches and Snyder gets out of the way. Ted Turner did the same thing in Atlanta. When they got to Atl they were worst in the league because Turner tried to run the operation and he didn't know anything about baseball. He even tried to manage the team for a few weeks. He was as big a clown as Snyder is now. When Turner hired knowledgeable baseball people and left town for his ranch, the Braves won 14 divisions titles.

I'm sure Dan Snyder is disappointed that the team is not winning, but he is probably more disappointed in the fans. I remember that the Redskins fans were considered the best fans in the league. Now no one would argue that....... would they? I thought that the fans were suppose to be behind the team win or lose.

Its okay to question things, but most of what you hear from "fans" is how they are not going to be fans of the team anymore or how they want everybody to fired or sell the team. To me that is not what the best fans in the league do for "their" team when they are down. No report even mentioned why Snyder was there yesterday. Nice reporting.

the front office is not on the field , like ive said all along 4 2 yrs this would not b an issue if we had a qb . we would b winning these close games and none of this would b an issue , and believe me we have had plenty of chances to get a good qb cambell has sucked since day one , until u people realize that there is nothin to talk about , doesnt matter who runs the team without qb we will suck bottom line.
