Wednesday, September 16: Good News, Bad News From Casey Rabach

Bad news first. I mentioned that I had given Casey Rabach a Flip Camera to get some players-eye-view-video of the trip to New Jersey last weekend. This usually yields twenty minutes of amusing but unusable footage, two minutes of quality behind-the-scenes stuff, and an entire weekend of hassled misery for poor Ethan Albright. This weekend, though, for a variety of reasons, Rabach wasn’t able to get anything. Sad.

The good news is that Rabach has promised to take the camera again on a future road trip and actually use it at that point.

Also, he was excited to show me the stickers that his friend back home had made up for him. It’s not every center in the league who has his own logo and car sticker. All things being equal, I’d still rather have the video.

Open locker room later today, practice this afternoon, as the team officially gets to the business of moving past Sunday’s loss and preparing for the Rams.
