Friday, August 7: Quarterback Dodgeball
No morning practice today, open or otherwise. Just a special teams practice this afternoon. This is a light Friday, before tomorrow's scrimmage (and Fan Appreciation Day!) and -- less than a week from now -- the first preseason game.

The drills I remember most playing boys club and high school were the elbows and toes and wind sprints. DIscipline drills really make an impact on lowering egos and boosting comradery.

Coach Zorn is the man!! Your new drills are awesome! And im liking the hat backwards look. It makes you look like a really fun and cool coach to hang with.

i dont like that drill it looks to silly if you want to get campbell ready hey why dont you have him out there chasing chickens or something stupid drill from a terrible coach!!!!!!!!!!!!!! still redskins number one!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
